How to Place an Order on Case MatriX?

At checkout, enter your shipping details and choose payment method. Case MatriX accepts credit/debit cards, UPI, online wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). After payment, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

Will I Get an Order Confirmation?

Yes! After placing your order, Case MatriX sends a confirmation email. This email contains:

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Changes are possible only if your order is still in "pending" or "processing" status. Case MatriX typically ships orders within 24 hours, so act fast. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Dispatch time depends on product availability:

  • In-stock items: 24–48 hours
  • Pre-order/customized: 7–15 working days

Delivery after dispatch takes 3–7 working days across India, depending on your location. Case MatriX uses trusted courier partners for reliable shipping.

How to Track My Order?

After dispatch, Case MatriX shares tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You can also track your order on the Case MatriX website using your order number.

Track real-time updates including pickup status, transit progress, and delivery date. Stay informed about your shipment at every step.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Available?

COD available for orders up to ₹4,999 with ₹79 handling fee. Pay when your order is delivered.

For orders above ₹4,999, use online payment (card, UPI, wallet) for faster checkout and processing. Online payments are recommended for larger orders.

What If I Receive a Damaged Product?

Contact Case MatriX support within 24 hours if you receive a damaged product. Send photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.

After verification, Case MatriX arranges replacement within 3–5 working days. Free reverse pickup collects the damaged item from your location.

Are Sale or BOGO Products Eligible for Replacement?

Sale and Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) products are not eligible for exchange/replacement unless there's a verified manufacturing defect.

Regular priced items qualify for replacement if damaged/defective. Check the replacement policy for complete details on eligible products.
