We usually get orders to ship within 24 hours. After that we can not make any changes. Cancel the order. Orders are shipped out fast so if you need to make any changes to your order you have to do it within 24 hours. Orders are our priority and we want to get them to you as soon, as possible.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
So I want to know how long it takes for Case MatriX to send out the orders that people have placed with Case MatriX.
So when you order something the time it takes to get to you depends on if the product's available. If the product is ready to ship it usually gets sent out within 24 to 48 hours.. If you order a product that is on pre-order or if you want it customized the shipping timelines for these products may take a lot longer like 7 to 15 working days, for these products.

How to Track My Order?

If you are buying things that cost than ₹4,999 it is a good idea to pay online. This way you can check out fast and it will be very easy. Online payment is the option for orders that cost more than ₹4,999 because it makes the checkout process faster and smoother for online orders that are more, than ₹4,999.
What If I Receive a Damaged Product?
What should I do if I get a product that is damaged or does not work properly when I receive it?
If you get a damaged Case MatriX product or a Case MatriX product that is not working properly you should contact the Case MatriX support team within 24 hours of getting your Case MatriX product.

When we check everything we arrange for a replacement, within 3 to 5 working days. The damaged product will be collected from you through a reverse pickup process. This will not cost you anything extra.
