1. What types of phone cases do you sell?
We offer a wide range—from basic protective cases to rugged heavy-duty ones, carbon fiber finishes, matte back covers, leather-style cases, and more. Whether you're into clean and minimal or bold and rugged—we’ve got options.
2. Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?
Most of our cases (except a few bulky/rugged models) support wireless charging. We mention compatibility in each product description, so check that before buying.
3. Do you offer cases for all phone models?
We cover popular models from brands like Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, and more. If you don’t see your model listed, drop us a message—we might be working on it.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer COD on most orders. However, COD orders might have an additional charge. Prepaid is always smoother and quicker.
5. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. After that, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on SMS/email. You can also track it anytime from the "Track Order" section on our website.
7. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
No worries—just reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share a photo or unboxing video for quick resolution, and we’ll either replace it or refund you.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if it's not shipped yet. You can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. Once it's dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
9. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns/replacements in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery. We currently don’t support exchanges for reasons like change of mind or wrong model selection.
