At Case MatriX we know that things do not always go as planned and we want to make it easy for our customers at Case MatriX to cancel their plans. We want the cancellation process for our customers, at Case MatriX to be simple and easy to understand.
Cancellation Window
If you want to cancel your order you can do this within 24 hours of buying something. We will look at your order cancellation request if you tell us about it within 24 hours of purchase. Your order must not have been. Sent out yet for us to be able to review the order cancellation request, for your order.
If you want to cancel your order after it has been sent out we will look at each Cancellation request individually. When an order is shipped it is sometimes not possible to cancel the order because the product is already on its way, with our delivery partners. We will have to see what we can do with each Cancellation request.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order you can do a things.
First you need to find the order you want to cancel.
Then you have to follow some steps to actually cancel the order.

You have to make sure you really want to cancel the order because once you do you cannot get it back.
So you have to be careful when you cancel the order.
You are canceling the order so think about it before you do it.

You should make sure that the details of your order are correct so we can handle your request quickly. We need the details of your order to be accurate so we can process your order fast.
Confirmation & Refunds
When Case MatriX looks at your request to cancel and says it is okay you will get an email from Case MatriX to confirm this. If you are supposed to get your money Case MatriX will do this according to the rules that Case MatriX has for giving refunds. It might take a days for you to see the money in the account you used to pay with. This is because it takes some time for the bank or the people who helped you pay to update everything.
Important Notes
To cancel something you need to do it within 24 hours. If you do that your cancellation request for the cancellation will be eligible for the cancellation. You have to make the cancellation request, within that 24-hour window for the cancellation to work.
If you want to cancel an order you need to do it before the order is shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. This is because the orders that have already been shipped are already on their way, to you.
Case MatriX has the right to say no to cancellations. Only let people cancel under certain conditions if they do not follow the rules that Case MatriX has set.
