PHONE ACCESSORIES POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Rules (Phone Accessories) ›
  • Order cancellations are permitted within 12 hours from order placement.
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted through email at support@casematrix.in or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations are not possible after the order has been dispatched.
  • Approved cancellations will be processed promptly.

2. Prepaid Order Guidelines (Phone Accessories) ›
  • Prepaid orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • For incorrect orders (wrong model, color, or variant): Exchange/replacement only. No cash refund.
  • Customer bears shipping & handling fees for exchanges.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms (Phone Accessories) ›
  • COD orders can be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds processed as store credit after deducting COD fees and shipping charges.
4. Return & Exchange Procedures (Phone Accessories) ›
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Required: Order details, clear photos, and unboxing video.
  • Store credit issued after inspection (no direct cash refund).

HAIR EXTENSIONS POLICY

  • Customer pays shipping for exchanges.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms (Hair Extensions) ›
  • COD returns accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Store credit issued after deducting ₹79 shipping + ₹200 logistics & processing fee.
4. Return & Exchange Procedures (Hair Extensions) ›
  • Returns must be initiated promptly. Store credit only (minus ₹200 fee).
  • Full-priced items only. Sale items and accessories are final sale.
  • Must be unused, original condition with tags.
  • Mandatory unboxing video + photos required.
5. Unboxing Video Policy (Hair Extensions) ›
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all hair extension claims.
  • Record before opening, show sealed package and product clearly.
  • Claims without video will be rejected.
6. Key Hair Extensions Notes ›
  • No cash refunds. Store credit issued within 7–10 working days after inspection.
  • Minor natural variations in color/texture do not qualify for return.
  • Chemically treated, colored, or used hair extensions are not accepted.
  • Accessories (clips, combs, etc.) are final sale.
