At CasematriX, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand order processing, shipping timelines, delivery expectations, and tracking procedures.
1. General Shipping Policy
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
- Pre-order items are shipped within approximately 7–15 working days.
- Our warehouse processes shipments from Monday to Saturday.
- Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
- Tracking information is shared through WhatsApp, SMS, and Email once the order is shipped.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders up to ₹4,999.
- Store Credit may be offered for eligible delayed pre-order products.

2. Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking status shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
- Track your shipment using the tracking details provided via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Inform our support team within 3 days (72 hours) if the package shows delivered but has not been received.
- Courier partners generally accept delivery-related investigations only within 72 hours from the delivery date.
- We may not be able to process claims reported after this timeframe.
Important: Any delivered-but-not-received complaint must be reported within 72 hours to enable investigation with the courier partner.
3. Shipping Within India
We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure reliable nationwide delivery.
- Our courier partners may include BlueDart, Amazon Shipping, XpressBees, Ekart, Ecom Express, and Delhivery.
- Metro cities generally receive deliveries within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Non-metro cities and interior locations generally receive deliveries within 4–5 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking updates are automatically shared through WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, certain situations may cause delays beyond our control.
- Weather disruptions.
- Natural disasters.
- Courier operational delays.
- Transportation restrictions.
- Remote-area delivery challenges.
- Government regulations or unforeseen events.
If a significant delay occurs, our team will make every effort to keep you informed regarding your shipment status.
