1. Order Cancellation Rules
  • Order cancellations are permitted within 12 hours from order placement.
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted through email or WhatsApp during this timeframe.
  • Cancellations are not possible after the order has been dispatched.
  • Approved cancellations will be processed promptly.

2. Prepaid Order Guidelines
  • Prepaid orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • For incorrect orders (wrong size, color, or model):
    • No cash refunds will be issued.
    • Exchange or replacement is available only.
    • Customer bears all shipping and handling fees.
  • If we cannot fulfill your order:
    • Store credit, loyalty points, or equivalent offers will be provided.
    • Cash refunds are not offered in these cases.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
  • COD orders can be returned within 24 hours of successful delivery.
  • Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting COD fees and shipping charges of ₹79.

  • Claims without proper video evidence will be rejected.

    • Approved cases will be resolved within 4-5 business days.
  • We pack securely, but transit damage may occur. Valid proof ensures our support.
7. Product Exchange Rules
  • Exchange requests accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Post-approval timeline:
    • Pickup scheduled within 1-2 working days
    • New product ships within 3-5 days after inspection
8. Return Pickup Process
