Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

Conditions for Refunds:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video or photo proof

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Note: We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect phone model selected by the customer
