6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service availability, weather conditions, and other external factors.

While we work with reliable logistics partners, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Products must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the policy to qualify for return or exchange.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing timeframe.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted with a valid Order ID.
  • Approved prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
