How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation from us. The email will contain your order number and an estimated delivery time.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can make changes to your order, but only if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@casematrix.in for modifications.
- Adding Items: Once an order is processed, new items cannot be added. However, you can place a separate order for the additional items.
- Removing Items: You can contact us to remove items from your order. We’ll cancel the order so you can place a revised one.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with the shipment details, including the AWB number and courier company name. You can:

Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and the chosen delivery method. These charges are calculated based on the product weight, destination, and delivery speed. The exact shipping cost will be displayed on the payment confirmation screen before finalizing your order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for an additional fee of ₹79. COD orders are not eligible for cashback or free gifts. Opt for online payment for better deals and offers!
